420 New Christ-Followers In March!

Andrew and Jena Brown took Boston students to Panama City Beach, FL at the end of March and shared this story:

The day before the Big Break conference, Estella from UMass told Emeka and I that she didn’t want to go. God, however, wanted her on that bus the next day. On the trip, GiGi talked with her about what it really means to live as a Christian and for the first time Estella understood it. I saw her change throughout the week. She went from being very negative and often concerned about what people thought of her to one of the most positive and thankful people on the trip. Estella now looks to God for acceptance and not other people. She also was willing to approach anyone and everyone on the beach. Her newfound faith made her excited to share it with others.

Angela, also from UMass, told me that she reviewed a booklet that she was going to use before going out to share the gospel and realized she had never received Jesus into her life. She had believed in Him but she had never decided to make Jesus the Lord of her life. She had a great experience at Big Break and upon returning she shared the gospel with her boyfriend, Jayson, who also received Christ into his life. Angela is now the most excited student at UMass to go out and share the gospel on campus!

Here’s What Happened During the Four Weeks of Big Break:

Spiritual Conversations: 14,317

Gospel Presentations: 5,758

Prayed to Receive Christ: 420

Taken Through Satisfied Booklet: 1,282

Woohoo! Hundreds of Northeast students learned how to share their faith at Big Break, and many are continuing to step out in faith on their home campuses, with their friends, having conversations that really matter. I'm so excited about what God is doing! Thank you for partnering with us to share the truth about Jesus with the most influential unreached people-group in the world.
