Let The Games Begin

Fall is officially underway! Last week, my team met for the first time, for a couple of days of planning at the Sheraton Prudential, the site of the Boston Winter Conference. Colleges and Universities are just beginning to start back - they'll all be started by the middle of September. This is such a pivotal time of year! Freshmen around the country are making decisions about how they will spend their time (and who they will spend it with) that may well affect not only their time in college but the general course of their lives. Sounds dramatic I know, but often it's true.

As things get revved up, I'm revisiting a video a friend shared with me recently, created by an anthropology class at Kansas State. I think it's a good snapshot of where students today are coming from. This is our target audience at Campus Crusade for Christ.
