Thanks to all of you who have been praying for and thinking about us as we transition to doing life with a new baby girl!
Sophie Elisabeth was born August 26th, 2009 at 7pm exactly. She weighed in at 8lbs, 2oz. In the last two weeks her weight has gone up and down, but she has now solidly settled into her first growth spurt and is at 8.5lbs and climbing.
Here are a couple of videos I took with my phone from the hospital. The first one is Zoe's first interaction with her little sister. She's going to be a great big sis! The second is Sophie during some awake time as a 6-day-old. Enjoy!

Congrats!! Zoe and Sophie are blessed to have each other. Hate to ruin the surprise but it gets good, really good watching them grow up and love on each other!!
