Is the next Lady Gaga at a Cru Fall Retreat this weekend?

She may very well be.   New York City has been called "The Rome of the modern world" to describe it's impact on society. Lady Gaga entered NYU's Tisch School of the Arts as a freshman in 2003.  Barak Obama and Warren Buffet both went to Columbia.  Jerry Seinfeld attended Queens College.   Today, 108 New York City students have chosen to take a break from the pace and pressure of the City, for the express purpose of connecting with God and each other.  We have been praying for this and other Fall Retreats to be a significant time for students to hear from the Lord about what (and who) brings true purpose and meaning to life.  These are tomorrow's world leaders and culture-shapers; what would happen if they allow a love for Jesus to direct the course of their lives?
